Luciano Mattioli CEO
	Mattioli is a manager of international level that has been working mainly in the industrial sector as a President of important companies operating in Japan and the USA. After coming back from his last mission in California where he spent five years in the Silicon Valley immersed in the culture of innovation, he decided to abandon the industrial sector in order to give life to a dream, the implementation of a company dedicated to the design of high technology products. It was the start of Magic Dream Games, a very special software house created with his old friend and dreamer Maurizio De Girolami.

	De Girolami is a bright Electronic Engineer with a long experience in Industrial and Consumer design. After working for many years for one of the leading electronics companies in the area of Bologna, Mr. De Girolami decided to devote his full time to the implementation of Videogames and Virtual Reality Systems taking advantage of the Urgh Videogame Engine that he designed from scratch starting ten years ago. After meeting with his old friend Luciano Mattioli they decided to create a new software house called Magic Dream Games with the goal of making a new class of Virtual Reality and Videogame products.
